Plumbing

Freezers are the only cooling appliances with a water connection (for the
icemaker and/or water dispenser). Be aware that the water line may need to
be disconnected when uninstalling the freezer. See Section 032-4.4 for
disconnection instructions.
2.2

Water Valves

Water is supplied to the freezer from a home water connection. Water is then
routed through a white line into the water filter. There the water is routed, still
through a white line, to the two water valves, which are connected to each
other via a black water line. (These water valves will be activated by the
MasterCool control electronics.) Water is then sent through a blue water line
to the rear of the freezer, behind the icemaker/water dispenser and into the
ice tray (if required). There is a heater wrapped around this blue water line to
prevent clogs. See Figures 032-1 and 032-2.
