We thank you for your purchase of the ViewCam Camera VC-1026B
You have acquired a product which has been designed to the latest tech-
nological standards.
This product fulfils the requirements of the applicable European and
national directives. Conformance to these has been proven; the rele-
vant statements and documents are lodged with the manufacturer.
To maintain this condition and to guarantee safe operation, the user must
observe these operating instructions!

Intended use

The ViewCam Camera VC-1026B is intended for the monitoring and secu-
rity of hidden and critical areas (as an in-shop monitor, in door communi-
cation installations, in entrance areas, in parking areas, etc.) and for the
reproduction of the pictures/sounds received on any suitable TV receiver
or monitor with phono inputs.
The use of an unprotected camera (without appropriate housing) is permit-
ted only in dry, indoor areas. Contact with dampness is to be avoided.
Please note that it might be an offence to observe unknown persons with
this camera without their knowledge and agreement.
This product is only intended for connection to the supplied in-plug power
supply.
Any other use than as described above can lead to damage to this pro-
duct; Moreover, this can be accompanied by hazards such as for exam-
ple short-circuit, fire, electric shock, etc.
The product as a whole should not be modified or converted!
The safety instructions are to be followed without fail !
