1. O pen the canister hood.
2. Check to see that the dust bag is
properly installed. See DUST BAG
CHAN GIN G (page 17 ) for instructions.
CAUTION
Moving parts! To reduce the risk of personal injury, DO NOT
touch the brushroll w hen vacuum cleaner is on. Contacting
the brushroll w hile it is rotating can cut, bruise or cause other
injuries. Always turn off and unplug from electrical outlet
before servicing. Use caution w hen operating near children.

filter is properly installed. See MOTOR
SAFETY FILTER CLEAN IN G (page 18) for
instructions.
