The Gateway Function Screen

Use this screen to:
View information about the CGNV's connection to the WAN
Configure the CGNV's LAN IP address, subnet mask and domain suffix
Configure the CGNV's internal DHCP server

Use this field to configure whether or not the CGNV's
DHCP server is active.
To turn the DHCP server on, click Enabled.
To turn the DHCP server off, click Disabled.
Use this field to define the IP address of the CGNV on
the WAN.
Use this field to define the WAN subnet. Use dotted
decimal notation (for example, 255.255.255.0).
Use this field to define the domain that you can enter
into a Web browser (instead of an IP address) to reach
the CGNV on the LAN.
NOTE:
It is suggested that you make a note of your
device's Domain Suffix in case you ever need
to access the CGNV's GUI without knowledge of
its IP address.
Use this field to define the Primary DNS Server of the
CGNV on the WAN.
Use this field to define the Secondary DNS Server of the
CGNV on the WAN.
Click this to save your changes to the fields in this
screen.
Click this to return the fields in this screen to their last-
saved values without saving your changes.
Click this to see information about the fields in this
screen.
