Analyser Detection Principle 1.5.1 Cartridge information You must only use the cartridge provided by Woodley Equipment Company. ◆There is a barcode on the cartridge. It shows the Lot Number of the cartridge. The analyser will read the barcode to recognise which items and which Lot is being tested.

Caution: If the blue line is still shown after analysis, please check if the operation is correct or the cartridge is valid. 1.5.2 ID chip All the information of the test cartridge is saved in the ID chip. Every Lot of tests has a unique ID chip.

VII.5 Troubleshooting and Repairing Abnormal Communication Abnormal communication means the communication between Main PCBA and detection PCBA failed. It can be caused by the reasons below: ⚫ Power Adaptor The original Power Adaptor is 24V 2.5A. The Main board and Linux systems can be powered on with 9V or more but the detection board needs 24V.

Noise ⚫ The noise from cartridge holder during start up. When the analyser starts up, the analyser will perform a self-check and the cartridge holder will move. If the sensor of the front limited switch has an issue, the cartridge holder will move out and make a noise. Replace and adjust the position of the front limited switch.

Enter system page on Settings option. Click the Calibrate button and confirm. The analyser will restart and enter to Calibrate screen setting. Follow the steps and click the five points on screen, the screen will adjust after it has finished calibrating.

LIS Settings The settings below allow for the setup of the communication parameters needed for result transfer to a Practice Management system. • Live Transfer: This setting determines whether results will be transmitted automatically after the sample has been processed or not. Normally this should be set to on (Green as above).
