– Remove top toothed belt guard

Kodiaq
– Use the spindle - 10-222A/11- to raise/lower the engine until
the applicable screw is accessible on the engine support
bracket.
Karoq
– Use the hook - MP9-200/10 (10-222A/10)- to raise/lower the
engine until the applicable screw is accessible on the engine
support bracket.
Continued for all vehicles
Note
Screw -2- can only be removed after removing the engine support
bracket.
– Release screws -1, 2 and 3- and remove engine support.
Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order, while paying atten‐
tion to the following:
– Insert screw -2- into the bore of the engine support bracket
before fitting the engine support bracket.
– Fit the engine support bracket.

– Tighten screws -1- to -3- hand-tight.
