Installation position of the lines at the shielding
1 - Line guide for the delivery line for reduction agent
2 - Brackets for the lines in bottom section of the separation
point
3 - Delivery line for reduction agent
4 - Return-flow line
5 - fuel feed line
6 - Fuel line for auxiliary heating
7 - Guide for the fuel line of the auxiliary heating
– Slide the delivery line for reduction agent and fuel lines to‐
gether from front to rear.
– Clip the delivery line for reduction agent into the holding
clamps for the lines.
– Clip onto the mounting bracket on the underfloor -1-.
– Then clip the bracket onto the underfloor.
– Connect the delivery line for reduction agent and the electrical
connector and clip onto the mounting bracket.
Vehicles fitted with auxiliary heating
– Insert the dosing pump - V54- onto the mounting and pull
downwards.
– Ensure that the dosing pump - V54- is correctly locked on the
mounting.
