– Push the screwdriver out of the engine compartment in direc‐
tion of arrow -B- between the catch arrow -A- and the catch
mechanism.
Note
When releasing the catch, take care to ensure that you do not
break the mechanism.
Replace the release procedure on the left and right sides of
the radiator.
– Turn the screwdriver slightly to release the catch.
– Push the radiator upwards into the engine compartment at the
same time.
– Pull the radiator downwards off the fixtures.
– Remove coolant radiator from the charge air cooling circuit
radiator.
– Remove radiator downwards.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Pay attention to the
following:

Note
If there is light prints on the fins, follow the instructions

Check the O-rings for damage, if necessary replace.
– Insert the radiator into the bottom support. The radiators must
lock together. Check the catches by pulling in the opposite di‐
rection.
– Install fan shroud

– Connect coolant hose with quick coupling
NOTICE
If a new radiator has been fitted, the cooling system must be
flushed and the coolant must be replaced to ensure optimum
protection of the surface
