Replacing the Control Box

Make sure the cart power cord is disconnected from wall power before proceeding.

Unlock and remove the top cover.

Prepare the control box for removal from the top cart compartment.
a. Cut the ties that hold the 2 cable bundles with a safety blade or scissors.
b. Disconnect all the female power receptacles from the male plugs. NOTE: Managed Carts have 6 plugs
while Unmanaged Carts have 4 plugs.
c. Disconnect the power plug that connects the control box to the cart auxiliary power outlet.
d. Cut the tie that holds the power brick to the control box. Disconnect the power plug from the power brick.
e. Disconnect the Ethernet cables located at the left end of the box. NOTE: Managed Carts have 3 Ether-
net cables while Unmanaged Carts have 2 Ethernet cables.
f. Unplug the power cable located at the left end of the box.

Ensure the control box is functioning. Follow the Table Charging Set-up Instruction manual charging and syncing steps to ensure the control box is functioning for.
