STEP 7
Assemble The Roof Frame
7.1 Use 1 1/2 " x 3 1/2 " material to create two different types of rafters:
eight rafters for coop (node E on page 20) and eight rafters for aviary ( node F on page 20).
7.2 Use 1 1/2 " x 3 1/2 " material to create four collar ties for coop and four collar ties for aviary.
7.3 Use 3/4 " x 5 1/2 " material to create the ridge board.
7.4 Connect the beams with 2x3" wood screws and assemble the roof frame.
