Offer the glass leaf up to the hinges.
Ensure that all gaskets are in place ensuring that
each face of the glass is separated from the
hinges by a gasket.
Refit the clamp gasket and clamp plate to the dry
side of the glass leaf and attach using 2 x M6
screws.
Check that the clamp plate is fitted with the wide
area nearest the edge of the leaf glass.
Check that the hinge is aligned with the glass
edge, is central and properly aligned.
Tighten the hinge screws.
