Basket Filter Instructions

Features

1 The outer walls are smooth. The protecting
coating is made of vinyl and gelcoat. For
other models,
which is smooth and has strong resistance to
corrosion.
2 Movable screw is set to facilitate installation
or cleaning.
3 A 63mm drain outlet is set at the bottom, which can efficiently
reduce the frequency of taking out baskets for cleaning.
4 Testing pressure 4.0bar.

Function

It is set between the water inlet of the pump and the pool with the
function of filtering relatively big solid impurities in liquid, so as to make
the machine, equipment and instruments etc work and operate
normally, stabilize the process and ensure the safety in production.

Installation of the Basket Filter

1) Instruction of Installation: The standard of flange connection:
HG20592. PN10MPa
2) N1 is the water inlet, which is connected to the pool; N2 is the water
outlet, which is connected to the water inlet of the water pump;
drain pipe is connected with municipal drainage. Connect pipes
according to the above mentioned connecting instructions.
3) Put the filtration basket on the appropriate position and ensure that
the sump bucket insert into the water outlet.
4) Make sure that the rubber ring install properly, at the same time
tighten the screws
5) Make sure that the whole system has been connected properly, start
the pump to test or use directly.
