CAUSES
Problem with the charging base antenna.
Ground next to the charging base has collapsed Restore the correct positioning of the charging base.
The charging base has not been calibrated
correctly, or electromagnetic interferences may
be present in the vicinity of the base.
The supply voltage is missing or there is a fault
in the charging base.

If the problem persists, contact a service centre.

After eliminating the source of disturbance, calibrate the
charging base using the app. Please refer to the Smart
User Manual.
Check that the power supply unit is plugged in correctly.
Check the integrity of the power supply connection cable.
Turn off the charging base and turn it on again after a few
minutes. If the problem persists, contact a service centre.
Set up the charging base using the app. Please refer to the
Smart User Manual.
