PL-6000DC - Wiring the 5585152 Power Unit

BendPak TSB 105–122022

The purpose of this Technical Service Bulletin is to describe a change in the four-conductor interconnecting

cable colors on the PL-6000DC Lift. The internal electrical connections in the 5585152 Power Unit and Lift

Control Panel are detailed in a revised Schematic and Control Panel Wiring Diagrams. The Installation

manual will be updated with the corrected schematic and wiring diagrams.

Connecting the Power Unit P/N: 5585152

Verify the Power Unit part number. The label identifying the Power Unit is located on the motor housing.

This Power Unit is provided with a Pigtail for the 220 VAC, 60Hz power input, the Controls input and the

bottom right Pigtail. See Figure below.
