2-1 300g Rinse pieces and put on a ceramic plate. Cover
Chicken (2 pcs) with microwave cling film. Pierce film. Put dish on
Breasts turntable. Stand for 2 minutes.
2-2 300g Rinse pieces and put on a ceramic plate. Cover
(2 pcs) with microwave cling film. Pierce film. Put dish on
Turkey
Breasts turntable. Stand for 2 minutes.
2-3 300 g Rinse fish and put on a ceramic plate, add 1 tbsp
Fresh Fish (2 pcs) lemon juice. Cover with microwave cling film. Pierce
Fillets film. Put dish on turntable. Stand for 1-2 minutes.
2-4 300 g Rinse fish and put on a ceramic plate, add 1 tbsp
(2 pcs) lemon juice. Cover with microwave cling film. Pierce
Fresh Salmon
Fillets film. Put dish on turntable. Stand for 1-2 minutes.
2-5 250 g Rinse prawns on a ceramic plate, add 1 tbsp lemon
Fresh Prawns juice. Cover with microwave cling film. Pierce film.
Put dish on turntable. Stand for 1-2 minutes.
2-6 200 g Put 2 fresh whole fish into an ovenproof dish. Add
Fresh Trout (1 fish) a pinch salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice and herbs. Cover
with microwave cling film. Pierce film. Put dish on
turntable. Stand for 2 minutes.

Instructions

Using the my plate features

The My Plate features has two pre-programmed cooking times.
You do not need to set either the cooking times or the power level. You can adjust
the number of servings by pressing Up/Down button.
First, place the food in the centre of the turntable and close the door.

1. Press the My Plate button. Select the
type of food that you are cooking by
pressing Up/Down button. Press the
Select button.
1) Ready Meal (Chilled)
2) Vegetarian Meal (chilled)
2. Select the size of the serving by
Pessing Up/Down button. (Refer to the
table on the side.)
3. Press the START button.
Result: Cooking starts. When it has
finished.
1) The oven beeps 4 times.
2) The end reminder signal will beep
3 times (once every minute).
3) The current time is displayed
again.

safe.
