The Network Indicator on Universal PCS is always solid red.

red before configuring the

The Wi-Fi password entered

Wi-Fi unit was changed.
Ethernet cable disconnected
(if applicable)
4G network abnormal.
The Network Indicator on Universal PCS is always solid white.

Something is wrong with the
router or Internet.
Generator fails to start remotely.

Reboot the Universal PCS. If it is not
recovered, shut it down and contact us.
Select a 2.4G Wi-Fi for Wi-Fi connection.
Make sure the indicator is blinking red
before configuring the network. Try to re-
configure the network.
Replace with a new SIM card.
Check the router status. Reset the router
if necessary.
Try to re-configure the network.
Re-configure the network.
Double check and reconnect Ethernet
cable.
Check if there are enough credits for the
SIM card and the carrier's network is
working normally. Go to "Network
Configuration" on the APP to check if 4G
network configuration shown is in
accordance with provided carrier
information.
