    Installation Tools and Safety Gear NOTE: Proper tools and safety gears are recommended for installation.     Installation Conditions iCAN NetZero Plus shall be installed indoor, on a side wall of a garage or energy room. Horizontal installation is required. Reserve enough space for maintenance and pay attention to the maintenance space requirement for each side. Ensure enough clearance around the unit is available per local and national electric code.

    Mounting Attach the bracket to the back side of the battery system with M5x12 machine screws. Install the bracket and battery system on the wall with M6x50 tapping screws. NOTE: If you are installing it on a concrete wall, properly drill into the wall with M6x50 expansion anchor screws.
  • Page 25 Hang the inverter on the bracket. NOTE: Before installing Universal PCS, remove the battery seal cap (BAT/COM) on the bottom of Universal PCS. Fasten the inverter and the bracket with M4x16 machine screws.

    Battery System Installation Unlock and take the enclosure door off the battery cabinet. Gently plug in the battery modules from the bottom up, then install the BCMS on top. Fasten the modules on both sides using M4x8 screws.

    NOTE: Do not install the door on the cabinet until installation has been completed and the system has been tested for proper function. External Wiring CAUTION: All cables shall be connected in sequence as listed in this manual. NOTE: The actual connection depends on your application case. Not all the ports are used in every installation.

    Accessories Installation Install the antennas to relevant ports as specified below. Insert the 4G SIM card (Optional). Put all the covers back on the unit and screw tightly.

    Safety Check DANGER: Check thoroughly, all operations in the installation, ensuring the system is installed correctly.     Basic Operations Boot System DANGER: Proceed to the following steps only after installation checklist is completed. Switch on the POWER switch on the BCMS module, press START button for 1 second and release. Wait approximately 60 seconds for the BCMS and Battery Modules to initialize.

    Remedies If your iCAN NetZero Plus fails to comply with the above Limited Warranty, POMCube will, in its sole discretion, either repair your iCAN NetZero Plus (using new or refurbished parts), replace your iCAN NetZero Plus with an equivalent product (new or refurbished), or refund you the market price of an equivalent product at the time of the warranty claim.
