a. WHITE: Voltage present (Does not mean PSU is outputting in-spec,
only that this specific voltage is detected)

a. WHITE: Voltage present (Does not mean PSU is outputting in-spec,
only that this specific voltage is detected)
12. +5V Standby Power
a. WHITE: Voltage present (Does not mean PSU is outputting in-spec,
only that this specific voltage is detected)
13. CATERR - Catastrophic Error on the processor
a. RED: Processor error has occurred.
b. OFF: No error state detected in the CPU.
14. BIOS 1 Active LED
a. WHITE: Active BIOS Chip (only 1 will be lit at a time)
15. BIOS 2 Active LED
a. WHITE: Active BIOS Chip (only 1 will be lit at a time)
16. BIOS 3 Active LED
