Faults
Water is leaking from the
appliance.
The door cannot be
opened.
Cause/Remedy
Run the Drum Clean programme to clean and care for the drum and the outer tub.
Notes
Run the programme without laundry.

Use washing powder or a detergent containing bleach. To prevent foaming,
■
only use half the amount of detergent recommended by the detergent manu-
facturer. Do not use detergent designed for woollens or delicates.

Only for programmes with automatic dosing activated:
The detergent drawer has not been pushed in fully. Push the detergent drawer
■
in fully.
The pump unit is not inserted. Insert the pump unit into the drawer lid.

There is not enough detergent/softener in the w or © dispenser. Add more deter-
gent/softener into the relevant dispenser.
The pump unit of the automatic dosing system is blocked. Turn the programme
selector to Off. Clean the pump unit.

The drain pump is blocked.

There is water in the base trough, the appliance is leaking. Turn off the tap. Call
customer services.
Turn the programme selector to Off, wait for five seconds and then switch it on
again. If the display appears again, call customer services.
Cause/Remedy
Attach the drain hose correctly or replace it.

Tighten the screw fitting on the supply hose.

The temperature in drum is too high to open the door.
