14 - PROCEDURE FOR ASSEMBLING THE TORCH CPM600

For optimised cutting performance, the nozzle holder, electrode holder and torch
body must be clean (free of dust and metal particles, coolant or grease). Use a
blower or a clean dry cloth to clean the surfaces.
With each change of consumables, visually inspect the condition of the O-ring seals:
-
3 O-ring seals (J24) near the connector on stainless steel fittings
-
3 O-ring seals (J22 and J23) on the outer body of the tip
-
1 O-ring seals (J21) in the nozzle holder
