CPU Support Jumper: JP1

This jumper specifies the mainboard's support for locked or some un-
locked CPUs. Short pin 1~2 if you intend to install a locked CPU onboard.
Short pin 2~3 if you intend to install an unlocked CPU for overclocking
purposes.
