14.5.3 Manuelle High-Level-
Desinfektion (HLD)
Das Endoskop muss vollständig in eine High­
Level­Desinfektionslösung eingetaucht werden. Der
Arbeits­ und Absaugkanal müssen durch gezieltes
Befüllen blasenfrei benetzt werden. Am Ende der
Einwirkzeit, nach Herstellerangaben, muss das
Endoskop mehrfach gespült werden, um sämtliche
Chemikalienrückstände zu entfernen. Hierfür ist
steril filtriertes Wasser für die Schlussspülung zu
verwenden.

14.5.4 Trocknung

Abschließend erfolgt eine vollständige Trocknung
der Oberfläche und Kanäle/Lumen mit
(bevorzugt medizinischer) Druckluft und nach
länderspezifischer Regularien. Dazu eignet sich die
Reinigungspistole mit Zubehör (Art.­Nr. 27660).

ACHTUNG: Der Druck darf maximal
100 kPa (1 bar / 14,5 psi) betragen. Die
Reinigungspistole muss deshalb eventuell
mit einem Druckminderer betrieben
werden.

14.5.3 Manual High-Level Disinfection
(HLD)
The endoscope must be completely immersed
in a high­level disinfectant solution. The working
and suction channel must be covered with no air
bubbles by filling in a targeted manner. At the end
of the necessary exposure time as specified by
the manufacturer, the endoscope must be rinsed
several times in order to remove all chemical
residues. Sterile filtered water must be used for
the final rinsing.

14.5.4 Drying

Finally, the surfaces and channels/lumens are dried
completely with (preferably sterile) compressed air
in accordance with the national regulations. The
cleaning gun with accessories (Art. no. 27660) is
ideal for this purpose.

ATTENTION: The pressure must not
exceed 100 kPa (1 bar/14.5 psi). It may
therefore be necessary to operate the
cleaning gun with a pressure reducer.
Preparación
14.5.3 Desinfección manual de alto
nivel (HLD)
Sumerja el endoscopio completamente en
una solución desinfectante de alto nivel. Llene
específicamente los canales de trabajo y de
succión para asegurarse de que queden
humedecidos sin burbujas de aire. Una vez
concluido el tiempo de aplicación, según las
indicaciones del fabricante, enjuague el endoscopio
repetidas veces para eliminar todos los residuos
de productos químicos. Para ello, utilice agua
completamente esterilizada para el enjuague final.
14.5.4 Secado
Finalmente, realice un secado completo de
la superficie y los canales/lúmenes con aire
comprimido (preferentemente para uso médico),
de acuerdo con las reglamentaciones específicas
de cada país. A tal efecto se recomienda la pistola
de limpieza con accesorios (n.º de art. 27660).

ATENCIÓN: La presión debe alcanzar
100 kPa (1 bar / 14,5 psi) como máximo.
Por ello, posiblemente deba usarse la
pistola de limpieza con un reductor de
presión.
