Phone Installation

Connect the power and wired network.
Your Yealink CP925 can use AC power or Power over Ethernet (PoE).
To connect AC power:
Take the Ethernet cable and plug it into your Yealink CP925. Plug the other end of the Ethernet cable
into your hub or switch
Connect the power adaoptor to your Yealink CP925 and switch on.
Power over Ethernet:
Connect the Ethernet cable between the internet port on the Yealink CP925 and an available port
on the in-line power switch/hub.
Note:
If using Power over Ethernet, make sure the switch/hub is PoE-compliant.
Do not unplug or remove power to the phone while it is updating firmware and configurations.
The IP phone should be used with Yealink original power adapter (12V/1.25A) only. If inline power
(PoE) is provided, you don't need to connect the power adapter.
You can also connect to the wireless network after start-up. Refer to Wireless Network Connection
mentioned below in Configuring Your Phone for more information.
