10. Disassemble/Assemble Procedures
10-9. Freezer Defrost Sensor and Heater in the Evaporator Assembly
Step

Remove the connectors of R(middle) & F(right)
Defrost Sensor and R(left) & F(right) Heater

Pull out the evaporator from 3 hooks on the
back wall.

Cut the cable ties and remove two temp fuses on
left and right side of Eva.
Remark :
• Do not miss cable ties. They could block two drain holes
and the drain water will overflow into freezer.
To avoid risk of electrical shock that can cause death or severe personal injury,

disconnect unit from power before servicing unless tests require power.
Description
Cut the cable ties
and remove the
defrost sensors
on middle and
right side of Eva.
Follow the reverse order when assembling.

Description
Spread out the upper
clamping parts (the left and
right side of Eva) to remove
the pipe of defrost heater.
Bend out the lower clamping
parts (the left and right side
of Eva) to remove the pipe of
defrost heater.
Remove F/R heater from Eva.
