Call Management Outside Line Access – Call Appearance – dial 91+<phone number> Internal Calls – dial the 4 digit extension number. Call Park – Press the Park soft key, then tell your fellow staff member the PARK ZONE number that briefly appears on YOUR phone screen, which will either be 701, 702, 703….709.

To access the page, enter https://192.168.1.252 ACD Login/Logout Login - Agents can log into an ACD queue from any desk phone and the ACD queue routes the calls to that phone.
