Intended Use SmartGoggles intend to deliver relief to the eyes and head to promote relaxation and sleep. Combining vibration with a gentle massage increases blood circulation to the eyes, reducing eye strain and irritation. Strengthen the connection between the mind and body with SmartGoggles. -

Place the device on clean, dry skin. Remove makeup, eyeglasses, and contact lenses prior to SmartGoggles use. Place SmartGoggles on your head and adjust the strap. The Therabody SmartGoggles should perfectly align with your temples and sit comfortably on your nose bridge. The heart rate sensor should maintain contact with your cheekbone. - Page 5 Short Press the Heating Button to toggle through the three heat settings. Mode 3 - Sleep: Sleep gently massages the temples and delivers slow- wave vibration to promote sleepiness. SmartGoggles has two additional buttons for added customization of the three modes, heat and vibration, each with three intensity levels.
