GENERAL COMMANDS For maximum performance and consistency regardless on the number of Nozzle Bodies on the bus, the ECU should continuously send and receive the following sequence of 80 position messages and up to 80 status responses with 2ms between sending messages. This allows each valve to be set on a 10ms interval and each Nozzle Body to report its status on a 160ms interval.

GENERAL COMMANDS FIRMWARE VERSION The segments will respond to the request message (00EA00 ) requesting PCM14 (PGN 00BE00 ) with the firmware version number for the Nozzle Body. The first two bytes of the response are the major and minor versions, respectively. The remaining six bytes are reserved.
TROUBLESHOOTING SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE(S) CORRECTIVE ACTION Inspect for power supplied to the valve. Verify suitable voltage is present using a Power fault / low voltage. voltage meter. Overpressure. Valve will not open at pressures above 150PSI (10 bar). Reduce system pressure. Prevent contamination by practicing good sprayer hygiene and utilizing or Valve does Debris obstructing ball...
