7.1.2 DISASSEMBLY

Removing the Upper Case (not shown)
1. Remove the eight screws.
2. Remove the upper case.

Removing the DVD/CD Mechanism Unit
(Fig.1)
Remove the two screws.
Remove the four dampers.
Remove the two springs.
Disconnect the connector and then remove
the DVD/CD mechanism unit.

Removing the Grille Assy (Fig.1)
Disconnect the connector
Remove the four screws and then
Remove the Grille Assy.

Removing the Extension Unit (Fig.2)
Remove the screw.
Remove the five screws.
Remove the three screws and then
remove the stopper.
Disconnect the connector and then remove
the extension unit.
