Care instructions
Wash the pan thoroughly before using it for the first time. Coat the inside of the pan with
cooking oil and wipe it with kitchen roll or a soft cloth. Repeat this procedure after the pan
has been used a few times.
Only use the pan on a moderate heat. Never allow an empty pan to overheat.
Do not cook food at too high a temperature so that it sticks to the bottom of the pan.
Let the pan cool before washing it. Washing the pan in cold water whilst it is still hot could
damaged the ceramic coating.
Only use plastic or wooden utensils.
Hand washing with washing-up liquid and a soft sponge will best preserve the pan's
properties and appearance. The pan is dishwasher safe at low temperatures (50 °C or
energy-save program). Use as little detergent as possible.
Do not use scouring powder or steel wool to clean the pan.
After a while marks or rings might appear on the inside of the pan. This is normal and
does not affect the properties of the pan. To remove these marks, mix a 50/50 solution
of bleach and water, cover the bottom of the pan with the solution and leave it for at least
an hour. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, hand wash as usual and coat the inside of
the pan with a little cooking oil.
