Installation:
After cleaning the attachment surface of the oil filter, fit an O-
ring and tighten the oil filter to the bracket by hand first, and
then use the SST to further tighten by 314 turn.

Caution:
Apply a small amount of engine oil to the O-ring.
Clean the surface to which the O-ring will be attached.
