    1. VERwEndungSzwEck AP-600: Die Presse dient dem Stanzen von Blechen. Stanzen ohne Vorbohren. Ideal für den Schaltschrank- und Schaltanlagenbau. Hydraulischer Stanzbügel zum schnellen Ausstanzen von Rund-, Quadrat-, Rechteck- oder Sonderformen in Bleche und Schaltschranktüren bis 2200 x 1000 mm und bis 30 mm Abkanthöhe. Stanzen bis in den Randbereich ist möglich.

    4. AuFStELLung • Verpackung vorsichtig und sorgfältig entfernen bzw. Teile auspacken. • Sicherstellen, daß keine Beschädigungen vorhanden sind. • Die Presse wird auf dem Unterbauschrank mit eingebautem Hydraulikaggregat und angeschlossenen Hydraulikschläuchen geliefert. • Kontrolle der gehärteten Kugelführungswellen und anderer blanker Maschinenteile. Eventuell reinigen mit Polierpapier und sorgfältig einölen. • Ölfüllung im Hydraulikaggregat kontrollieren, gegebenenfalls Hydrauliköl nachfüllen.

    AuFBAu und Funktion • Die Bedienung des Gerätes ist gegliedert in die Parameterebene, die Bedienerebene und die Initialisierungsebene • In der Parameterebene können sämtliche Betriebsparameter eingestellt werden. • In der Bedienerebene sind die Grundfunktionen der Anzeige (abhängig von der Softwarevariante) verfügbar. • In der initialisierungsebene werden nur grundlegende Aktionen wie die Sensorkalibrierung oder die Rücksetzung des Geräts auf Defaultparameter (Werkseinstellung) ausgeführt.

    PARAmEtEREBEnE ▸ Einstellung der Betriebsparameter Parameterebene aktivieren für ca. 3 Sekunden betätigen / dann jeweils 1x betätigen Mit dieser Taste wird die Parameterebene aktiviert.
