七、Guarantee
Beijing Bopixel Technology Co., Ltd guarantees that each product provided is
free from any defects in materials and workmanship, and fully conforms to the
original quality.The warranty scope of Beijing Bopixel Technology Co., Ltd includes
all original products. If the accessories configured by the dealer are faulty, please
negotiate with the dealer to solve it.The warranty period of all products provided by
Beijing Bopixel Technology Co., Ltd is one year, and the start time of the warranty
period starts from the date of delivery. For products that have been repaired within the
warranty period, the repair part will extend the warranty 12 months.Unless otherwise
notified by the company, the date of your original delivery note is the date of
manufacture.
If your product does not operate normally during the warranty period, please
contact Beijing Bopixel Technology Co., Ltd or the dealer to obtain warranty service,
and please show the proof of purchase invoice when the product is under warranty
(this is the way you obtain warranty service proof of entitlement).
When you request warranty service, you need to follow the problem
determination and resolution procedures specified by Beijing Bopixel Technology Co.,
Ltd.You need to accept the first diagnosis by the technicians by phone or email. At
that time, you are required to cooperate and fill in all the problems on the repair report
provided by us in detail, so as to ensure that we can accurately determine the cause of
the failure and the location of the damage (for out-of-warranty products,a bill of
charges will be provided for your confirmation). The company has the right to "repair
or "replace" the product reported for repair. If the product is "replaced" or "repaired",
the replaced "faulty" product or the "faulty" part after repair will be
the company.Because some repaired products need to be sent to the original factory,
in order to avoid accidental losses, Beijing Bopixel Technology Co., Ltd asks you to
purchase transportation insurance. If the user abandons the insurance, then the sent
items are damaged or lost during transportation, the company will not. Take
