Issue
The freezer is not
working.

Reasoning/solutions
• Ensure the power cord is fully plugged in and the power
socket is switched on.
• Ensure the voltage used is between 220–240V.
• Check for a power failure and ensure the circuit has not
overloaded.
Ensure the display is unlocked.
• Ensure foods with a strong smell have been closely
wrapped.
• Check if any food has become rotten.
• Check if the interior needs cleaning, then clean if necessary.
• When the ambient temperature is high, it is normal for the
compressor to run longer than usual.
• If foods have not been allowed to cool, the compressor will
run longer to cool the freezer to the set temperature. It is
