Issue
The freezer is not
working.

Reasoning/solutions
• Ensure the power cord is fully plugged in and the power
socket is switched on.
• Ensure the voltage used is between 220–240V.
• Check for a power failure and ensure the circuit has not
overloaded.
Ensure the display is unlocked.
• Ensure foods with a strong smell have been closely
wrapped.
• Check if any food has become rotten.
• Check if the interior needs cleaning, then clean if necessary.
• When the ambient temperature is high, it is normal for the
compressor to run longer than usual.
• If foods have not been allowed to cool, the compressor will
run longer to cool the freezer to the set temperature. It is
recommended to cool food first before placing it into the
freezer.
• If the freezer is frequently opened, the compressor will run
longer to keep the freezer cool.
• There may be a thick layer of frost. In this case, defrost the
freezer.
• Ensure the freezer is not overfilled.
