    • Do not store beer, beverages or other fluids contained in bottles or enclosed containers in the freezer compartment, as the bottles may crack due to the freezing process. • When the freezer is being disposed of, the doors should be removed and the power cord should be cut.
  • Page 5 Levelling Feet There are two levelling feet at the front of the unit. If the unit is not level, the door and the magnetic seal alignments will not be covered properly. Reversing the Door Swing Tools required: Phillips head screwdriver, Flathead screwdriver and Hexagonal spanner. If you wish to have the door swing reversed, it is recommended that you contact a qualified technician.
  • Page 6 2. Unscrew the two screws from the bottom bracket. Remove the foot from the opposite side. 3. Place the pieces off to one side. 4. Slide the door down about 15cm and off the top hinge pin and then lift it away from the freezer.
  • Page 7 5. Remove the two screws from the top bracket and replace than on the other side. You will need to remove the plastic caps from the other side first. 6. Slide the door back onto the top hinge, making sure it is facing the right way up. Screw the bottom hinge into place on the new side.

    OPERATION Starting Up • Before plugging the freezer into a power supply, keep the freezer still for two hours to give the coolant fluid time to settle. • Before putting any fresh or frozen foods into the freezer, the freezer should be left to run for 24 hours.

    Adjusting the Temperature The temperature in the freezer is controlled by the thermostat control knob. Turn the thermostat control knob up or down to regulate the temperature inside the freezer. The markings on the control knob will show "1, 2..6” for the different settings. The temperature decreases with each position, with 1 being the warmest setting and 6 being the coldest.
  • Page 10 Out of Operation Power Failure: in the event of a power failure, even in summer, the food inside the freezer will stay cool for several hours. While the power is out, ensure that the door is not opened and fresh food is not added to the freezer. Not in Use: If you will not be using the freezer for an extended period, you should unplug the freezer from the power outlet and clean it thoroughly.
