The fibre-channel LEDs indicate the status of the fibre-channel ports.
The SAN Volume Controller 2145-8F4 uses two fibre-channel LEDs per
fibre-channel port, arranged one above the other. The LEDs are arranged in the
same order as the ports and are displayed in Figure 11.
