CN40/CN49 – this is the 4 core 12v socket on the PCB of the indoor unit. It allows plug and play controllers and wifi hubs to be connected. It also acts as the XYE connection (for central controller and twin split comms)
for ducted and ceiling floor via an adapter)
CN38 – a connection unique to the breezeless cassettes. it allows the cassettes to have a direct USB wifi dongle connection without the need for the wifi hub
DMB – data module board. It is a small additional PCB housed in its own box that converts the CN40 connection to a HA/HB connection
HA/HB – 2 core wiring connection for Midea hard wired controllers
