Design Capacitance Safety Limit
The designed capacitance between +/-190V RFT-V conductors is 2.2uF and the measured capacitance
between +/-190V and earth is 4.4uF.
DO NOT add capacitance to the system to reach values that exceed safety limits per the following
figure:
