Positioning of ventilation within a Commercial plant room – to meet IGEM-UP-10 (Edition 4) requirements –
7.2.1.6 refers to high level ventilation (15% from ceiling) and 7.2.1.7 refers to low level ventilation (1m & 250mm
from floor).
Low level ventilation must be within 1m off the floor for Natural Gas, and within 250mm of the floor for LPG.
High level ventilation openings shall be located within 15% of the building height from the ceiling.
