The unit will normally show the file name
that is playing. To select one of the other
items of information:
INFO button repeatedly
Press the
until the display required is shown.
If the ID3 information selected is
unavailable, 'NO MP3 TAG' appears
in the display.

AUXILIARY INPUT (AUX IN)
SOCKET
Note: For optimum performance when
using any auxiliary device set the volume
on the device high. This will reduce audio
interference when charging the device
via the vehicle power supply socket.
When fitted the Auxiliary input (AUX IN)
socket permits an auxiliary device, such
as a MiniDisc or MP3 player, to be linked
into the vehicle audio system. Output
can be played through the vehicle
speakers.
To connect an auxiliary device, plug it
into the AUX IN socket using a 3.5 mm
conventional audio jack connector.
Select the auxiliary input via the 'AUX'
button and playback will be heard
through the vehicle speakers. 'AUX' will
appear in the vehicle audio unit display.
Volume, treble and bass can be adjusted
on the vehicle audio unit as normal.
Audio
The vehicle audio unit buttons can also
be used to restore playback from the
vehicle audio unit, while the auxiliary
device remains connected.

About USB Storage
USB is an acronym for Universal Serial
Bus, and refers to external bus standard
supporting data transfer rates of 12
Mbps. The audio unit is compatible with
USB 1.1 /2.0.
Not all USB storage devices can be
recognised.
USB storage devices must be formatted
with the file format FAT12, FAT16 or
FAT32.
When a USB storage device is separated
into several partitions, only the first
partition will be supported.
USB storage devices with security
functions cannot be played
The order in which tracks are recorded
may differ depending on the USB
storage device connected (the actual
playback order may not the same as that
indicated on your computer's display).
