Tosline F10 Communications With G3 Inverter and T2 PLC

Parts:
G3 Inverter
Tosline F10 card for inverter and the included 4 standoffs.
T2 PLC with Tosline F10 master module (MS211)
T-PDS software and programming cable
G3 Settings:
Inverter ID Number = 8
Communication Selection = 2
F10 Command Input = 3
F10 Monitor Output = 15
Command Mode = 3
Frequency Mode = 3
T2 Settings:
I/O Allocation: Perform auto I/O allocation.
Put "Link" into System Information - I/O Allocation - Network Settings TL-F10 CH1.
Set the following MS211 DIP switch ON: DSO (left bank) switch 4. Put all others OFF.
The rotary switches on the front of the MS211 do not affect operation of the network.
Operation:
Use the data monitor in the T-PDS software to view registers LW000-LW031.
LW008: Monitor the frequency of the G3. Displays Hz*100
LW009: Status bit table of G3. See below.
LW010: Electric current output from G3 to motor.
LW011: Output voltage of G3. Displays ten times percent rated voltage.
LW012: Frequency of G3. Sent by T2. Enter as Hz * 100.
LW013: Command bit table of G3: Sent by T2. Turn on bit 0 to run drive. See below.

Defines the first LW register used by the G3
Lets the G3 know that Tosline F10 is being used.
Defines how many LW registers are received by the G3. 3
equals binary 11, therefore 2 registers are being sent.
Defines how many LW resisters are being sent from the G3.
15 equals binary 1111, therefore 4 parameters are output.
Lets the G3 get its command input from Tosline F10.
Lets the G3 gets its frequency from Tosline F10.
