(hereafter referred to as Rite Way) warrants each new machine to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase under normal agricultural use and service. In addition, Rite Way will supply at no charge, (F.O.B Rite Way Factory) any part that has failed within the 2nd year.

  • Page 21 • Clean hydraulic hose ends prior to coupling with tractor hydraulic system. • The HH-8290 requires three sets of hydraulic remotes to operate the machine, further detailed in this section. • Move the tractor into position where the pin can be inserted into the draw bar hitch (fig. 1).
  • Page 22 1. Hook up harrow according to prior instructions. 2. Ensure that the safety pins are in transport position before towing on the road. 3. When entering the field from transport mode, find a level location. 4. Position the machine in-line with the tractor and bring the tractor to a full stop. 5.
  • Page 23 7. From the cab of the tractor, rotate pivot wheels to 45° ( hydraulic remote) (fig. 4). 8. Slowly back up the tractor to unfold (fig. 5). 9. Once wings are nearly fully unfolded, rotate pivot wheels to 90°.
  • Page 24 10. Ensure that the draft arms have pushed the swing arms into the lock mechanism (fig. 6). 11. Carefully lower the harrow wing halfway to the ground ( hydraulic remote). Ensure that the swing arms are both still locked in place. 12.
  • Page 25 1. Stop the tractor before attempting to fold up the harrow toolbar. 2. Lift up the wings by activating the hydraulic remote. Ensure the auto fold lock opens as the har- rows are lifted to the raised position (fig. 8). 3.
