Use any one of these cards to extend the storage capability of your tablet. You also can use these cards to
share data with a computer or other device that supports these card formats.
To locate the 3-in-1 media card reader, see "Tablet layout" on page 1.
Inserting a flash media card
Attention: Before handling a flash media card, touch a metal table or a grounded metal object. This action
reduces any static electricity from your body. Static electricity can damage the card.
To insert a flash media card into the 3-in-1 media card reader, do the following:
1. Open the card reader cover and locate the 3-in-1 media card reader.
2. Make sure that the metal contacts of the card are facing down and pointing toward the tablet.
3. Insert the card firmly into the 3-in-1 media card reader until you hear a click. The card might stop
before it is completely installed into the card reader.
When a flash media card is inserted into the 3-in-1 media card reader, a pop-up message is displayed asking
if you want to display the contents on the card. To display the contents, touch Start Utility. Otherwise,
touch Don't start.
Removing a flash media card
To remove a flash media card, do the following:
1. Open the slot cover.
2. Push the flash media card inward a little until you hear a click; then, release it. The flash media card
pops out.
3. Gently slide the card out of the card reader.
