Managing your contacts

The Contacts application enables you to create, store, and manage information about your friends, family,
and colleagues.
Adding a contact
1. From the action bar, touch the applications icon
2. Touch Contacts to launch the application.
3. Touch New.
4. Touch the account to which you want to add the new contact.
5. Enter the contact information and touch Done.
Editing contacts
• To edit a contact, touch the contact from the contact list, and then touch the Edit icon
• To delete a contact, touch the contact from the contact list, touch the Menu icon
Delete contact.
• To import contacts from a flash media card or a USB storage device, do the following:
1. Touch the Menu icon
2. Touch Import/Export and then touch the location from which you want to import the contact
information.
3. Touch the option for importing a single contact file, multiple contact files, or all contact files. The
contacts are imported.
• To export contacts to a flash media card or a USB storage device, do the following:
1. Touch the Menu icon
2. Touch Import/Export and then touch the location to which you want to export the contact information.
3. Touch OK to confirm. All of your contacts are exported.
Using contacts
Use Contacts to quickly reach people or share a contact with your friends:
• To send an e-mail to a contact, touch the contact from the contacts list and touch the e-mail address.
• To share a contact, touch the contact from the contacts list, touch the Menu icon, and then touch Share
contact to share the contact information with your friends through e-mail or Bluetooth.

Working with your favorite applications

The Favorite Apps utility enables you to quickly access your favorite applications from a Home screen. By
default, the Favorite Apps icon
Apps icon, and the Favorite Apps utility is launched and displayed at the bottom right area of the screen.
Note: If you do not take further action within two seconds after you launch the Favorite Apps utility, the
utility fades away. Touch the Favorite Apps icon again to bring the utility back.
