    BEFORE FIRST USE Before using your Cuisinart Precision Pro for the first time, remove any packaging materials and promotional labels. Wash the Cuisinart mixing bowl, Chef’s whisk, flat mixing paddle and dough hook in warm soapy water with a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

    NOTE: After 5 minutes of inactivity, the “Cuisinart” screen will appear and the digital dial will turn off. To wake the unit, press or rotate the dial. The unit will go into Standby mode.
