IEEE 802.1x is an IEEE standard for wireless networks that limits access from unauthorized network devices.
Your Brother printer (supplicant) sends an authentication request to a RADIUS server (Authentication server)
through your access point. After your request has been verified by the RADIUS server, your printer can access
the network.
