Install Printer Drivers and Software on a Computer

To print from your computer, install the printer driver and P-touch Editor on your computer.
1. In the address bar, type
http://install.brother
2. Double-click the downloaded installer, and follow the on-screen instructions.
NOTE
To use your printer's advanced features, select the additional software you want during installation.
• PJ-883:
To connect the printer to a computer using a wireless connection, we recommend the following:
- Write down your wireless network's SSID (Network Name) and Password (Network Key) before you
begin. If you cannot find this information, contact your network administrator or wireless router/
access point manufacturer.
- To connect the printer to a computer using Wireless Direct, select "USB connection" during
installation. When installation finishes, click the Wireless Direct link.
• PJ-883:
To use the printer with a different connection method than the one you selected during installation, run
the installer again, reinstall the software and printer drivers, and select a different connection method.
