Answering System
Calling back (Call Display
subscribers only)
If caller information was received for the
call, you can call the caller back while
listening to a message.
Press MSP-PHONEN during playback.
R To edit the number before calling
back, press MEDITN repeatedly until
the phone number is shown in the
desired format (page 36).
Erasing all messages
Press MERASEN 2 times while the unit is
not in use.
Listening to messages
using the handset
When new messages have been
recorded:
– "New message" is displayed.
– The message indicator on the
handset flashes slowly if the message
alert feature is turned on (page 43).

To listen to new messages:
MPLAYN
or
MMENUN#323
R If there are no new messages in
the answering system, MPLAYN is
not displayed.
To listen to all messages:
MMENUN#324
