URL and Connection Key which are necessary for account registration are
displayed. Take a note of these not to forget them. In addition, if an actual op-
erator is different, it is necessary to inform the operator about the information of
these two URL and Connection Key.
When [Start of user registration] button is clicked, effective date of account
registration is set.
Countdown for effective date of account registration starts. Register the new
account within 1( minutes.
