    IMPORTANT WARNINGS This manual must be read and understood entirely before using the product. This Instruction Manual provides you with the information you need to get the most from your new Buoyancy Control Device (BCD). It is advised that you keep this manual in your possession during the entire life of your BCD.

Overall conditions and main safety parts such as the bladder, valves, elbow, corrugated hose, and power Inflator must be inspected. If any of the above parts shows wear or diminished performance it should be replaced immediately or removed from usage, if replacement is not possible.

    Integrated Weight Pocket The weight pouches can be attached into the weight pockets via a quick release system. Each weight pouch can hold up to 5kg (11lbs) of shot or solid lead weights, giving a total weight of up to 10kg (22lbs). Loading Solid Weights Place weights in the weight pouch and fasten the zipper.

    Power Inflator The Power Inflation Valve allows you to inflate your BCD using air from your SCUBA cylinder. Its LP hose, threaded on a LP port of the first stage regulator, is connected to the Power Inflation Valve by the Quick Disconnect Coupling that works with the air on or off.

    Over Pressure Valve (OPV) / Dump Valve There is one standard dump valve on the lower left of BCD for routine deflation. To operate the dump valve, pull on knobs attached to the valve. Elbow Dump The Elbow dump sits on the left-hand shoulder. To operate the valve, pull the inflator unit attached to the corrugated hose.

    BIO Tank Lock Secure your cylinder in seconds with almost no effort. Conventional tank strap designs require strength to secure. When the tank strap band gets wet the belt expands and the holding force diminishes. The Bio Tank Lock has 10 times more (100KG) tightening torque than conventional tank strap systems. The Bio Tank Lock tightening screw makes installation and removal a breeze.
