5. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the top and bottom screws
from the trip unit. See picture below for location of the screws.

6. Remove the old trip unit from the breaker and set aside.
N ote: If working with the RF breaker, push in the trip unit interlock on the
side of the trip unit slot prior to removing the trip unit. See picture below.
N ote: If working with the NF breaker, engage the wire form interlock prior to
removing the trip unit.
